Our official year of inception saw us formally established in 1997, but our experience with golf travel on a personal basis throughout Thailand and SE Asia dates back years prior. It was from our own experience that we identified the need for specialized golf travel planning and logistics in Thailand and SE Asia.

Thus, our parent company, GolfAsian, obtained all the requisite local and international licensing in our year of inception and we have grown from strength to strength to become one of the world’s leading inbound golf tour operators.

Data published by the National Golf Foundation on travel behavior has shown that golfers take an average of 2+ golf vacations annually for a typical stay of just under two nights per trip. Looking at the USA as an example, this equates to something in the neighborhood of 100 million room nights each year for golf related travel and doesn’t take into consideration other vacation and business travel that may include golf.

More and more golf travellers are coming to SE Asia in general and to Cambodia in particular for golf that is as fine as you will find in Hawaii, California, Spain, and Mexico. The year-round tropical climate makes scheduling a SE Asia golf trip extremely flexible. There are only two seasons here, and the primary difference is that, during summer and fall months you have a likelihood of seeing some rain, while winter and spring months rarely see any rain at all.
