The Cigar & Cocktail Lounge pays homage to Cambodia’s colonial history in a century-old farmhouse, furnished with rattan wing chairs and oriental carpets. In addition to the extensive drinks menu, there are fine wines, vintage liqueurs, and premium cigars for smoking on the terrace.
Two restaurants − Bay Phsar & Hang Bay − offer elegant dining. Locally inspired Bay Phsar promises an array of vibrant Cambodian flavours created using local ingredients (the rice accompanying our cuisine comes straight from the surrounding paddies). At Hang Bay, guests can sample a fusion of international cuisine, from the freshest seafood to the finest steaks.
